Our Story

In 2023, we uprooted our family to follow our dream of living off the land and producing high-quality food. East Texas captured our hearts with its down-home personality and lush green pastures. We are based in Overton/New London, just east of Tyler, Texas.

What is regenerative cattle ranching? At its core is working with nature to produce surplus for the land and surplus for people. These principles help ensure that people, animals, and the land are improved with each subsequent season. To provide the best food for our community, we must raise the best forage for our herd. Which means healthy, herbicide-free, pesticide-free soil is at the heart of our operation.

Being regenerative extends beyond the food we produce and extends to our business. We have a core principle to make our community better off every year through education, employment, and affordable, healthy food.
